10-29-12:  2 :(  It was embarrassing today!  I used to be able to easily do 4-5 on a bad day.  I felt like a big brick.  But it is motivating me to get back on track.  I want to be strong again.  Once I can get a few in a row, I will start videoing them and post the videos here.
